Tony did a wonderful job. Our main floor bathroom required an update. The work he did was thoroughly professional. His manner was polite. And his work terrific! He also did a small repair to our ceiling in the dining room. Damaged was caused by a small leak. We hoped to minimize the work itself as well as the cost. Tony's work was wonderful. Unless you know about the lead and the subsequent damage, you would have no idea that a repair was made. Tony was clean and courteous and answered all my questions plainly and honestly. When a small leak developed in the bathroom, Tony rushed back over to repair it. The thing about it is... the leak was NOT caused by his work... but he didn't want to leave me hanging in the lurch. I would absolutely hire Tony again.

Tony finished a good part of our basement. He really helped us out by adjusting to our schedule. I don't have a lot of experience with construction or finishing, but he's an honest worker, gives fair prices, and is pleasant to deal with. Also keeps everything as clean and tidy as possible, which is nice when you have kids. We noticed something minor he had overlooked, and he came back the next day to fix it, no hassle.

I just wanted to write a quick review, very happy with the work tony did and would not hesitate to recommend him . He came in quickly on a couple of days notice. He provided a quote and then did the work quickly and professionally for a reasonable rate. I had some plumbing done, had a cabinet repaired and then had some taping, drywall and mudding done in the garage. Great job, i am going to have him back to do a railing, back splash and caulking around some windows.

I found T Maintenance, I spoke to Toni, he sounds really nice on the phone. Told him about our fence then gave me a reasonable price. I am very pleased for a job well done, and the cleanliness. Tony replaced the bathroom in my mother's basement. He did a great job, was great to work with and provided that extra customer service. He drove my mom over to home depot to chose her fixtures when he found out she doesn't have a car. He offered some great ideas to help the project come together. Overall, the results were great. Would definitely recommend him.

Most excellent to work with. First, they are timely, efficient and easy to discuss change. I put one project on hold even after wife approved. Very easy to discuss options and any need to redo and look at options. They are reliable, so when they say they will provide work on certain day and time, they live up to it. They care of all materials, labour etc.... and clean up well after work.

It's hard to find a trust worthy person there's Tony whom I reached out to work on my fence that was damaged during a wind storm. He did a great job
